ETHICS STANDARDS FOR THE USE OF FIRM'S IT AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILITY


It is incumbent upon the firm's employees to

  • Not conduct your personal business activities using the firm's IT or communication facilities, or support others to do so.
  • Only use approved internet-based services (whether commercial, consumer or free-to-use) to store, process or share business information as defined in the company policy.
  • Identify the privacy risks before collecting, using, retaining or disclosing personal data, such as in an IT system, project or marketing initiative.
  • Use the firm's brand, trademark and intellectual property appropriately.
  • Not misuse confidential information of a client or third party.
  • Report any misuse of the firm's IP rights or confidential information by any third party if it comes to the employee's notice.
  • Not engage in any contact with the media on the firm's behalf without the consent of the managing partner.
  • Not use use personal social media accounts for disclosing confidential business information or other business purposes.
